Indigo Blue Tree { a poem }

Indigo Blue Tree

Indigo Blue Tree

Indigo Blue Tree,
Where are thee?
Were you there when I was born,
Were you there when I was forlorn?

Do you see the world like I do,
Between the layers,
Between the sun and the sea,
The earth and the trees?

Do you see all the parts,
The ones that others don’t,
Especially that one right there,
That comes from your heart.

Never together,
Never apart,
Always growing,
That seed, my heart.
